8 minute ab hellrss feed RSS feed

This video packs a solid ab workout into a tidy 8 minutes.  With a stunningly cheesy backing track and an equally cheesy instructor its easy to take as a joke at first.  However if you stick with it, the workout becomes increasingly intense as your abs start to fatigue and complain at you. 

There are no breaks, but the instructor does tell you to take it at your own pace.  Resting however, is for quitters.  So get yourself a comfy mat/rug and prepare for 8 minutes of ab agony.

None of the movements are advanced and the video is very easy to follow.  The instructor suggests performing the workout once a day, so why not try it out for a week and see.  Whats the worst that could happen? A six pack? :)
