This guy is breaking all the limits of gym free workouts.  His name, it seems, is Hannibal and his videos on youtube, one of which is featured here, are crazy.  Some of the movements he is pulling of look impossible, check out the horizontal push ups on vertical parallel bars!! Insane.

Obviously beginners and even intermediates wont be pulling these moves off for a while but it is certainly an inspiration to see what can happen given the time and effort.  Although, if you want to be like Hannibal working out has to become a lifestyle not a hobby.  Its definitely worth searching for more of Hannibal's videos on youtube. 

Target: horizontal push ups on vertical parallel bars in 3 months :)
